Owners Chasity and Dave are the father / daughter  teamed that bought the Bier Shack Taproom in November of 2024. They moved to Foley from Murfreesboro TN and Nashville TN respectively. Dave move to in 2021 and Chasity in 2024.  

 

Chasity passion for local restaurants stems from her 8 years as the General Manager of a very successful locally owned "Burger Joint" in Murfreesboro. From the time bought they purchased Bier Shack Taproom Chasity's plan was to build relationships with the residence and Local Small Business Community in Baldwin County.

 

The vision has been to create a welcoming environment where friends and families can gather, enjoy great food, have fun, support our local community and share unforgettable moments.

In 2025 Bier Shack hosted and sponsored over 30 Charity Events. She crated a Dine and Donate program to raise money for local charities. And has contributed donations to multiple charities for fundraiser for their causes. Thousands of dollars have been raised and donated to charities right here in Baldwin Country through these efforts.  

 

In addition, they both made a commitment to supporting the local Small Business Community. They hired multiple Small Businesses for all of the work and improvements to Bier Shack Taproom. As you look around the Bier Shack you will see those business hand work all over the inside and outside of the building.
